Understand Road Map Visualisation

In its usual sense a road map contains all possible routes for going from one point to another point. By analogy, the EKD-CMM road map contains several possible routes to perform the change management process, each route being defined as a combination of strategies.

The EKD-CMM road map is a process model in which a non-deterministic ordering of intentions and strategies is defined. This is a labelled directed graph with intentions as nodes and strategies as edges between intentions. There are two distinct intentions called Start and Stop respectively that represent the intentions to start navigating in the road map and to stop doing so. There are several routes in the directed graph from Start to Stop.

Thus, the EKD-CMM road map contains several sections each of them being a triplet
