Understand the procedure to use EKD-CMM guidelines

This page describes the procedure to follow a route in the EKD-CMM roadmap being guided by EKD-CMM guidelines. As shown below, the procedure proposes three steps.
 
Before the project starts 
    1)  Use situational factors to select your route. 

During the performance of the process, repeat  
    2) Select the next step by one of the three options : visualising the roadmap, following a selected route or according to the change management steps. 
    3) Select and apply guideline corresponding to the step.
 
(1) is performed once for one project whereas (2) and (3) are performed iteratively, as many times as the selected route contains steps.
During the process performance, for (2) click on Select EKD-CMM Guidelines and for (3) click on the name of the guideline provided by the step.
