This activity studies the interdependencies among choices
made previously per branch . Clearly the global preferred scenaria
resulting of the union of preferred branch scenaria can be unsustainable
for the organisation, for example in terms of costs or human resources.
The preferred set of scenaria must be re-evaluated in the light of the
branch scenaria interdependencies. This might result in the selection of
different branch scenaria than the ones resulting of the previous step. |
